Join us from 12:30 pm to 1:30pm when shoppers can enjoy snippets of scenes, music and laughter as performers from its current production of It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play make appearances at some of your favorite Lenox shops! Inspired by the classic 1946 film starring Donna Reed and James Stewart, the play is directed by Jenna Ware and adapted by Joe Landry from the original screenplay by Frances Goodrich, Albert Hackett, Frank Capra and Joe Swerling. It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play is a warm-hearted family show recommended for all ages and filled with just the right hint of nostalgia, humor and charm. Audiences step back in time into a radio studio on a snowy Christmas Eve in 1946, where five radio personalities are live, on-air, retelling the American Christmas classic, It’s a Wonderful Life before a studio audience. In true ‘Lux Radio Theatre’ fashion, only five actors play all 50 roles and create all the live sounds effects. The play also includes radio jingles, and popular holiday and Christmas songs reminiscent of the time. Performances run December 5 – 28
th at Shakespeare & Company’s Elayne P. Bernstein Theatre, 70 Kemble Street, Lenox MA. Visit:www.shakespeare.org for tickets and further information.

Join us and celebrate the season, support local merchants and bring the Holidays back to the Villages!
